Now we have more to play for. Not just for the city of Chicago, we got to play for our Captain…a guy who put everything he has into this game, into the organization, into this team. For him not being able to play, it’s going to be tough, so we got to go our there and play for him.

Everyday, you wake up and you have one goal, and that’s to get better.

You really can’t describe Derrick. You really have to watch him play. I’ll put it like this. If I was a fan and I’m enjoying basketball in a different country and I came to America to watch a couple of games, I would make sure I came to Chicago to see him play.
